Good Group Work

1.    Equal Contribution & Participation

• Everyone is involved in the discussion, roughly similar contribution, clear division of work, everyone is on the same page, everyone should be giving ideas, group members working in areas that they are good at

• Be responsible, prepares well, clear deadlines, group members take initiative, commitment to the group
